Fix Your Console Get Back in the Game

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of consoles do you repair?

I repair PlayStation (PS4 and PS5), Xbox (One, Series S and Series X) and Nintendo Switch consoles, including Switch Lite and OLED models. If you are not sure whether your console can be repaired, just ask.

How long does a console repair usually take?

Most console repairs are quite quick. A lot are done the same day or within 24 to 48 hours. If parts need to be ordered or I am very busy it can take longer, but I will always let you know the timeframe when you drop it off and keep you updated.

Do you offer a warranty on console repairs?

Yes, all console repairs come with a 1 year warranty on parts and workmanship. If the same issue comes back within 12 months, contact me and I will take another look.

How much does a console repair cost?

Pricing depends on the fault and the parts needed, but I will always give you an upfront quote before any work is done. If I think the repair is not good value compared to replacing the console, I will tell you honestly.

Can you fix HDMI port and “no signal” issues?

Yes, HDMI and “no signal” faults are some of the most common jobs I see. I can replace damaged HDMI ports and repair board level damage so your console can display properly again.

Do I need to book or can I just drop my console off?

You are welcome to drop your console off during business hours. If you contact me first, I can let you know the current turnaround time and answer any quick questions about the fault.
